👉 Do I connect with God intentionally, or just when I need something?

👉 When was the last time I worshipped alone—just me and God?

👉 Do I treat my time with God as a necessity or an obligation?

👉 Do I focus more on preparing my music or preparing my heart?

👉 Am I leading from routine and skill, or from genuine love for Jesus?

✅ Before leading on Sunday, spend time personally worshipping to the songs throughout the week. See how it changes your heart.
 
✅ Start each rehearsal by personally engaging with God, not just focusing on getting the music right.

✅ Before Sunday morning soundcheck, pause and ask: “God, what do You want to do today?”

Whether you're new to the team or have been serving for years, this is a place to realign and remember what we're about.

• Make sure your mix is the same as your assigned pack or line (top right corner of ipad) 

• Make sure you are on Mix (NOT Processing or Setup)

Power + Setup

• ☐ Turn on projectors
• ☐ Turn on TVs (make sure correct input is selected)
• ☐ Turn on camera

ProPresenter Setup

• ☐ Open ProPresenter
• ☐ Select the correct Sunday playlist

Apply Presets

• ☐ Add Pre-Service Countdown
  → Drop into Pre/Post Slides
• ☐ Add Worship Lyrics preset
  → Apply to all worship songs
• ☐ Add Sermon preset
  → Apply to first sermon slide

Final Checks

• ☐ Turn ON Pre/Post Service
• ☐ Turn ON Prop Overlay
• ☐ Press Record (make sure it turns red)

▶️ START OF SERVICE

• ☐ Click Start Service
  → Switches live stream to camera view

⏱️ DURING SERVICE (Quick Reminders)

• ☐ Click through slides as needed
• ☐ Lyrics should display automatically (preset applied)
• ☐ No need to adjust countdown during service

🏁 END OF FINAL SERVICE (End of Day)

Shut Down + Reset

• ☐ Press Stop Recording
• ☐ Turn OFF camera
• ☐ Close ProPresenter

Quick Equipment Check

• ☐ Check keyboard + mouse battery
• ☐ Plug in if low

Power Down

• ☐ Turn OFF projectors
• ☐ Turn OFF TVs

Verify Stream Setup

☐ Confirm correct service time
☐ Make sure countdown timer is correct
☐ Verify video destinations are loaded

Connect Video Feed

☐ Open ProPresenter
☐ Select Input 1 Stream Input
☐ Check Preview window (right side):

• Should match what’s on screens / camera feed

▶️ START OF SERVICE

☐ No action needed → Stream starts automatically 10 minutes before service



⏱️ DURING SERVICE (Quick Reminders)

☐ Monitor preview to ensure:

• Feed is showing correctly
• No interruptions or black screen

🔁 AFTER SERVICE (Immediately After)

☐ No action required → Stream ends automatically 90 minutes after start



🏁 END OF FINAL SERVICE (If Still Present)
